The large American and Australian cockroaches live outside in drains, gardens and roof voids, and wander in after dark. After the visit, keep benches clean, store food in sealed containers and avoid spraying your own products near the bait, as this can stop cockroaches from eating it. You may see more cockroaches for a few days as they are pushed out of their hiding places, then numbers should drop over the next couple of weeks.
